We love autumn’s hardier foods, squash being at the top of the list.
1 Butternut squash, olive oil, diced garlic, 1 fresh hot pepper, Rosemary, Italian Suasage, and fixings for a salad.
Peel and cube a medium butternut squash, then saute in a heavy skillet coated with olive oil. Add; fresh diced garlic, fresh chopped hot pepper, fresh rosemary. Cook until soft and season to taste. Serve this as side with Italian sausage patties and a garden fresh tomato salad.
Enjoy with our Noiret, peppery red wine.
